Space Coast Auctions is an online auction company based in the Space Coast area of Florida. We specialize in providing a wide variety_of items to the public, including business liquidations, estate items, retail overstock and returns, tools, home goods, electronics, and general merchandise.
Our main operations are based in Brevard County, Florida. However, the pickup location for items can vary depending on the auction (e.g., an estate sale will be at the residence, a business liquidation at the business site). Always check the “Auction Details” section of the specific auction you are bidding on for the exact pickup address, dates, and times.
To start bidding, you must first create an account. Click on the “Register” or “Sign Up” link on our website. You will need to provide some basic information and a valid credit card. Your card is used for verification and for payment of any items you win.
Our auctions are timed online events. You can place bids on items at any time while the auction is open. You can either place a single “current bid” or enter a “max bid.”
At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an email notification if you are the winning bidder. This email will contain your paid invoice, which will include a list of your items, the total amount charged to your card, and critical information about pickup times and location.
For your convenience, at the end of the auction, your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the total amount of your winning bids plus any applicable fees (Buyer’s Premium and sales tax).
At this time, we do not offer in-house shipping. All items are for local pickup only at the location and during the times specified in the auction details. Please do not bid if you are unable to pick up your items.
After the auction ends, you will receive an invoice with the specific pickup address, dates, and times. You must pick up your items during this designated period.
Items not picked up during the designated pickup window will be considered abandoned without refund. You will not be reimbursed for the items, and they may be donated or resold at the discretion of Space Coast Auctions. Please ensure you can make the pickup times before bidding.
