The rules for every lot
Short, plain and the same for everyone. Bidding on this site means you accept them.
Registration
You must be 18 or older and hold a registered account to bid. One account per person, with a real name and a phone number we can reach. We can refuse or cancel a registration at our discretion.
Bidding
Every bid is binding. The bid increment is shown on each lot. A maximum bid authorises us to bid on your behalf, one increment at a time, only as far as needed to keep you in front and never past your limit. You can raise your maximum at any time; you cannot lower it.
Extended bidding
A bid placed inside the final 30 seconds pushes the closing time out by another 30 seconds. The extension repeats for as long as bids keep landing inside the window, so a lot cannot be sniped at the last second.
Reserve and buy now
Some lots carry a confidential reserve. The lot page shows whether the reserve has been met, never the amount. A lot that closes below reserve does not sell. Where a Buy now price is offered it ends the auction immediately at that price.
Winning and payment
When the clock runs out the highest bid at or above reserve wins. You receive an email with the invoice and a payment link right away. Invoices are due within 3 business days of the close. Unpaid invoices forfeit the lot and may suspend the account.
Buyer’s premium and tax
A buyer’s premium and Florida sales tax may apply. Both are itemised on the invoice before you pay, never added afterwards.
Pickup
All lots are local pickup only in Brevard County, Florida. Book a slot from My account after you pay, at least 48 hours ahead. See pickup and collection for the full routine.
Condition and inspection
Every lot carries one of four condition grades, explained in the buyer guide. Photos show the actual item. Lots are sold as is, where is, and the refund policy applies.
