Local pickup, booked online
Every lot on this site is local pickup only. We do not ship. Here is how collection works from the moment you win.
Where
Pickup happens in Brevard County, Florida. The exact address changes with each auction: an estate sale is collected at the residence, a business liquidation at the business site, everything else at our warehouse in Melbourne. The address is on your invoice and in the auction details before you bid.
Book a slot
After you pay, go to My account, then Pickup appointments, and choose a day and a window. Slots open at least 48 hours ahead and up to 21 days out, with a limited number of pickups per window so nobody waits. You get a confirmation email and a reminder the day before.
What to bring
Your invoice, a photo ID matching the account, and whatever you need to load the item. Large lots are yours to move: bring help, straps, blankets and a vehicle that fits. Staff can point, not lift.
At the counter
Say your name and lot number. The item is fetched from its bay, you check it against the listing, sign for it, and it is yours. Plan ten to fifteen minutes.
Sending someone else
Fine, as long as they bring a copy of the invoice and a note from you with their name. Message us in advance so the counter knows.
Missed pickups
Items left after the pickup window are considered abandoned. There is no refund, and the item may be donated or resold at our discretion. If something goes wrong, contact us before the window closes and we will find another slot.
