Every lot on this site is local pickup only. No shipping, no exceptions. Here is how pickup works from the moment the lot closes, so the visit takes ten minutes instead of thirty.
Book a slot
- Pay the invoiceIt lands in your inbox the moment the lot closes, with a payment link.
- Open My account, then Pickup appointmentsEach paid order shows a date and time picker.
- Choose a windowSlots open 48 hours ahead and up to 21 days out, with a limited number per window.
- Get the confirmationAn email confirms it, and a reminder arrives the day before.

What to bring
- Your invoice, printed or on your phone
- A photo ID that matches the name on the account
- Straps, blankets, and a second pair of hands for anything large
Staff can point, not lift. If the lot is a sofa, a fridge or a workbench, bring the vehicle and the people it takes to move it.
At the counter
Give your name and lot number. The team pulls the item from its bay, you check it against the photos, sign, and load. Most pickups take under ten minutes.
The fastest pickups are the ones where the buyer read the description twice and brought the right truck once.
Warehouse lead
Sending someone else, or running late
Someone else can collect for you as long as they bring a copy of the invoice and a note from you with their name. If you cannot make the window, reschedule from the same page in your account before it closes. Items left after the window are considered abandoned, with no refund.
