Every lot on this site carries one of four condition grades. They are short on purpose, and each one has a precise meaning. Read them like a mechanic reads a checklist.

What the grade does not tell you
Whether it fits your space, whether accessories are included, and whether the color in the photo matches your living room. The description covers what we know. If something is unclear, ask through the contact page before the clock runs out, not after.
Packaging is almost never a reason to skip a lot. Boxes get crushed in returns processing; the item inside is what you are bidding on.
How we grade
- Unbox and inspectEvery item is taken out of its packaging and looked over under good light.
- Power onAnything with a plug or a battery is switched on and checked for basic function.
- Photograph as isThe photos on the lot are of the actual unit, marks included.
- Write the gradeOne of the four grades, plus a line about anything obvious that is missing.
A missing remote, cable or charger is written in the description when we notice it. Minor hardware such as screws may be absent on used items.
Quick answers
Is ‘New’ the same as sealed?
No. New means unused; the box may have been opened for inspection.
Do you test everything?
Everything with power, yes. Furniture and decor are inspected, not tested.
Can I see a lot in person before bidding?
When an auction publishes a preview window, yes. It is listed on the auction page.
