Big retailers return, overstock and liquidate more product than most people imagine. A clearance price is one way to move it. An auction with a public clock is a better one, for the buyer and for the seller.
Where the lots come from
Three streams feed the catalogue: retail returns and overstock from big-box programs, estate contents from local homes, and business liquidations. Each lot is inspected, graded and photographed before it goes live.
| Source | Typical lots | How pickup works |
|---|---|---|
| Retail returns | Electronics, small appliances, home goods | Warehouse, Melbourne FL |
| Estate sales | Furniture, tools, records, collectibles | At the residence, Saturday mornings |
| Business liquidations | Office chairs, shelving, equipment | On site, dates on the auction page |

Why the clock matters
A fixed price asks you to trust the seller. A clock asks you to decide what the item is worth to you and lets the market settle the rest. With proxy bidding you do not even have to be there when it closes.
Lots that close on weekday afternoons tend to see fewer bidders. If you are flexible, they are where the quiet bargains sit.
What is different here
- Honest gradesFour condition grades with a precise meaning each. No ‘like new’ guesswork.
- Real photosEvery image is of the actual unit, marks included.
- A fair close30-second anti-sniping on every lot. Nobody wins by clicking last.
- Local pickupYou see the item before it leaves. If it does not match, we refund.
We would rather sell a lot for less to someone who read the description than for more to someone who did not.
